is that maybe I was the problem. I was talking to my cousin in Tucson last weekend. She was saying that a list is growing there on businesses and areas to stay away from, or they need to have their papers with them. Unfortunately discrimination still exists, and think otherwise doesn’t make it go away. Guides like this are still used, maybe much more covertly than a published pamphlet, but they are still strongly needed. |

It will do both. You will lose inches on your legs and you will gain muscle. You will gain more muscle biking high resistance than you would on lower resistance. So, if you don’t want to bulk up as much don’t bike on high resistance. |
