It actually started to affect my writing.Now I alternate my early mornings between running (or walking) and writing. I don’t get as much writing in as I want but I’m healthier.A morning walk is great exercise and a wonderful way to start the day.Good luck!

Direi procedura altrettanto veloce ma sicuramente più sensata che cliccare per inoltrare messaggi come quello di una presunta scomparsa.Ottimo!Ancora più sensato sarebbe inviare al mittente il link a questa pagina con la preghiera di diffondere la smentita ai destinatari (e magari anche al mittente a monte) della catena.

Nyyyyydelig :)Nå har jeg kjøpt inn og har alt klart til å lage fuglemat, må jo være snill med fuglene nå når vinteren står for døren og i tillegg er det stor underholdning for pus som sitter inne og følger med :)
