Yep! count me in with the messed up people, but my claim to fame is that despite being messed up for most of my long life, I have survived. Om du leser artikkelen så finner du ut hvorfor. Når man inntar så lite kalorier som man gjør med PSMF, ønsker man ikke at kaloriene skal komme fra flytende føde (som metter lite). Melk inneholder også en del karbohydrater, som man ønsker å holde til et minimum under PSMF. |
